  • Walz calls Trump’s mental health slur offensive.
  • Demands Trump release recent MRI results.
  • Criticizes Trump for late-night immigration tirade.

Trump's statement began by wishing Americans a merry Thanksgiving, but quickly devolved into a slew of attacks on the politically correct, migrants, refugees, and finally Walz.

The president used a slur to criticize the former Democratic vice presidential candidate's decision-making abilities.

"Tim Walz does nothing, either out of fear, incompetence, or both,"

he said, before shifting his focus to Ilhan Omar, a frequent MAGA target.

With his quick clap-back, Walz refocused attention on Trump's mental acuity.

After posting a screenshot of Trump's diatribe to his X account, Kamala Harris' former running partner responded with "release the MRI results" in reference to the president's recent exam.

Earlier in November, Trump stated that he had a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) exam as part of his recent physical, which was "very standard".

Since his return to office earlier this year, Trump has faced numerous health-related issues. Pictures of the 79-year-old reveal bruises on the back of his hand, and he was examined for "mild swelling" in his legs over the summer.

“There will be a day when I run low on Energy, it happens to everyone, but with a PERFECT PHYSICAL EXAM AND A COMPREHENSIVE COGNITIVE TEST (“That was aced”) JUST RECENTLY TAKEN, it certainly is not now!”

Trump wrote.

Trump's Philippics on Walz is n't the first time he has used similar depreciatory language about others. He intimately blamed Pulitzer Prize- winning intelligencer Serge Kovaleski, who has arthrogryposis, a complaint that limits common movement and is visible in his right arm and hand.

Which legal actions has Trump taken over the slur allegations?

There are no specific reports of former President Donald Trump taking legal conduct over the recent slur allegations directed at Governor Tim Walz. The current disagreement involves Trump using an ableist slur against Walz during an online diatribe, and Walz responding with a pointed challenge, but there's no suggestion that Trump has filed any suits or legal claims regarding this particular slur incident.

Historically, Trump has been involved in multitudinous legal cases related to vilification and slurs, including suing media companies and individualities over colorful allegations. Still, regarding this recent slur allegation directed at Walz, no legal action by Trump has been reported as of now.

The conflict underscores the tense political exchanges between Walz, who was the 2024 Popular vice presidential designee, and Trump, especially on issues of immigration and particular conduct in public converse.
